Sorry, I have my own projects. Someone else might, but it's also good to figure out these things on your own. NL is what dragged me into learning 3D modeling and texturing, and they have been good skills to acquire, despite running into several bumps down the road. Today, things have gotten way better than they've ever been: GIMP and Paint.NET are great free programs for texturing, and Blender + Sketchup for 3D modeling. (Sketchup by itself sucks for NL though, but is useful for creating certain meshes quickly and accurately.)
Throw some stuff into Google and see what you find. You have the whole web out there to help you figure this out.
