Catwalks with Tunnel Maker?

I heard that you can get a "head start" on Catwalks by using Tunnel Maker. I tried creating a tunnel shape and got pretty close. Has anyone made a shape that works?

I'm saying only make the frame for it. Since Tunnel Maker does such a good job at making the objects align with the track perfectly I can start with tunnel maker and finish with sketchup.

Well, in that case, yes. I would create such a shape that you have a clear edge on the inner and outer edge of the catwalk so you can align your sketchup object properly.
