^yup, so did I, actually. Got through the first brake run last night, and might even finish trackwork tonight/tomorrow. Screens will be on the link below as I progress. Since everyone seems to be making enormous entries, mine is designed for compact thrills.

I'm nowhere close to that amount of progress. I think I'll finish the first... what... 800ft tonight if I'm lucky.

Mine will probably be short and compact. I'm relying on the thing spinning as much as possible.

Yes, and with my newly acquired moderater-powers, i can edit track names. The power you give me I will lay down when this crisis has abated. And as my first act with this new authority, I will change the names to counter the increasing threats of the emo's.

I'll be done within the next two days, but I think my entry is total crap. Still probably enough to get me through though [:D]

Okay one more person needs to screw up and we're golden if everyone else sends in a track.

Aha, SFMM homie already said he's not even gonna try for this round...As long as you're not DQ'd, you officially make it through! [lol]

hyyyper, do we have to upload it to the exchange or can we email it to you? Mine's too crappy to upload.

Ok, well I'm trying to upload it, but for some reason the track folder only has the tracks that it came with, and the screenshot folder always stays empty. Probably because it's all getting saved to a 1.7 folder somewhere, but I have NO idea where that is...Anybody know how to fix it?

^When you are saving the track next time, go back a couple levels and take note of the folder names. Either that or go "start", "search", and look for the track file name.

Urgh... this round has me way out of my comfort zone. I've never made, or even attempted making, a spinner like this, and I'm really not happy with the results. I'm probably going to make it through anyway because of the DQ's and weird number of contestants and whatnot, but in all honesty my track is pretty much the worst thing I have built since fall 2003. My layout blows, even though it's smooth. (prays that the next round is a woodie, an Intamin, or a B&M...)

Yeah, I've done all that. For some reason it just won't show up, and the screenshots just kinda disapear after they've been taken. Wierd..

That's what happens when you only make n00b hypercoasters and nothing else.

Hey, now, that's not a fair assessment. I also make n00b wood coasters and n00b B&M'ers. ;p

So since 34 signed up, and 32 move on, I'd suggest the idea to you that you kill off one round, and make this go straight to 16. Something to ponder over.

To resolve your if you don't DQ you're in problem...
