Nope, nothing happens. It goes up the side of the ramp, then runs flat along the top of it for about 50 feet, then goes up another 60 feet. It's a continuous lift hill, aside from one tiny segment of 'normal' track about two feet long that splits the lift into two separate blocks. It's all one continuous motion that carries it to the top of the first drop.
