Yes it did haha, but the thing was a monster (yes, both good and bad). Enjoyable for me at least

Screamscape caught on. Either Tony is messing with us or its coming true
(9/20/16) It has been pointed out that during the last rites cerimony held to close Mean Streak down for good, it was mentioned that the character's name who was giving the last rites was "Richard Michael Crosby"... another fine R.M.C. reference apparently.

Keep in mind they kept the Rougarou conversion quiet for several months by purposely with the dark ride rumors. Everyone was sure that was going to happen.

Rumors are going around that an RMC construction crane was spotted in Sandusky, but I dunno, the text/number in the photo below looks like it might be photoshopped.

That would be an above average photoshop job based on the photo deere posted, even for a blurry photo. Same park job and same crane model. Or maybe it's not even a picture from Sandusky. If this is a doctored rumor, that person is a sick f***. Especially after the Richard Michael Crosby and really more coming crock.

I'm going to CP next week (certainly) and I'm jumpin' fences (likely).

I wonder if other wooden coaster companies, they possess RMC-like trucks. :)

- Edit - I believe what you guys are saying, as for the posted clues!

The thing that makes me think it's real is I've seen posts from a bunch of other people claiming they saw it too. That picture is the only one if seen so far though.

RMC is total ass at corporate secrecy (a skill they really need to learn) so it wouldn't surprise me if that crane was real. B&M did a much better job. We'd find random people in the morning laying on the track measuring brakes and doing whatever else and nobody noticed for months unlike a certain other company that put surveyor jobs online for the world to see in all of their project sites.

Also I know you're not going to do it but don't jump any fences or anything there, the conviction isn't worth it. Ohio has special tourism laws most states don't have because of the theme park industry.

RMC says on their website that they can do waterslide/waterpark construction, but after seeing that photo above, maybe it is for Mean Streak. :)

If it does end up being an RMC of Mean Streak, I will be planning a 2017 trip to Kings Island and Cedar Point for sure.

It wouldn't surprise me if the 2018 attraction was an RMC conversion. I doubt it'll happen in 2017 if the place just got Valravn. As far as people pulling numbers out of their butt until they actually make an announcement, I wouldn't believe anything you see. People who knew about it were "certain" the Rougarou conversion would use trains that had vests and there would be some reprofiling of the ending half and we all know that didn't happen.

I bet they'll go full steam ahead with the waterpark revamp and the hotel additions while putting demolition/preparatory work on the backburner for Mean Streak, or use it as an opportunity to add a bunch of stuff, widen paths, and redo the general area around Mean Streak in preparation for whatever it becomes. It would be nice to move the paths a bit to dodge the railroad tracks (bridge? I doubt they'd move the train station) so it isn't a madhouse assuming Mean Streak's station/transfer remains where it is currently.

With the park actually being open to the public, more RMC truck photos are coming in.

MEAN STREAK'S STRUCTURE WOULD MAKE THE GREATEST WATER SLIDE IN THE WORLD.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Can't need that much preparatory work for RMC to set alight to this coaster like Collosus & Lightning Rod?

I think it's possible that RMC could have been brought in to work on both. However water slides do not take a whole lot of time to build like coasters do. Also the fact that the conversion for twisted colossos and Iron Rattler to much less time than it did for NTG because RMC has gotten adept at tge process by now. I think a 2017 date is a very real possibility.

Now taking bets as to how many fires will be put out. Also I'm gonna guess it's a launched lift as it seems like something CP would do.
