Cedar Point 5/11

I was there today from about 2pm-6pm, however I didn't get to ride on TTD . It was very windy, and many rides were totally ( MF, Mean Streak, Magnum, Gemini, Raptor), or occasionally (WT, and Mantis) shut down. TTD and WT closed at about 5pm. I did get two of the best rides on Mantis that I have ever had, and WT was running great.
I skipped TTD because the line was 4 hrs long, and I wasn't sure about how long the weather would hold out. I actually lucked out because if I had waited, I would have been stuck in the queue still when it closed Overall I was very disapointed at what was running, but there is nothing that anyone can do about it. I got in - 2 Mantis, 1 WT, 2 BS, 3 ID, and 1 Corkscrew.
As for TTD, it was amazing. The launch is great to watch from the stands. The countdown lights were working, and added a great element to the ride. There were 5 cars running today, but the yellow one was nowhere around. The spedometer near the end of the launch read speeds from 117 to 123 when I was watching. This ride looks like a winner, and I can't wait for my first ride. [approve]

everybody skips TTD because of the line... i'm just glad I'll have ERT on it during Coaster Mania in three weeks.
