The problem is you took my post out of context and then proceeded quote only the part that you saw fit (a tactic used by nearly every major media outlet to spin a story to help their own agenda). My post, which had only one main point that you seemed to miss that others got, was about basic layout, not nuances of the track shaping, and furthermore that to wait until the entire ride is built to even glimpse at the final product is a ridiculous statement to make. this all seems to have gone right over your head, lol.

By the way WC's animation was indeed done by 3DVIP. The audio track is just like his other renderings, he took them from an old POV of the Original "Riverside Cyclone"! Plus, the change probably happened after the rendering was done. The heights and transitions are dead accurate because he doesn't have to guess like we do on recreations, he is likely provided with blueprints and a full list of measurements of the coaster so he has all of the stats. The layout could theoretically change later on in the development pipeline, but the shaping seems to be 100x more accurate than the last "leak" which was an NL2 concept. Not many people are capable of nailing B&M shaping, so I'm buying it.

I'm just really mad and bummed that the layout was leaked. I really don't like it when enthusiasts go this far as it is rude to the park.

I'm not complainin'. I'm potentially going to have a huge dive machine in my backyard. Nothing like that in the midwest.

Honestly, I'm like super excited for the announcement. I feel like all of this could be their biggest ruse yet. I know there's not much evidence for that, but, hey. They could end up surprising us in a way we never imagined. You can't know until it actually happens.

Unfortunately, the 23rd is the last day of shows. I'll be working live e set up for the fall then. Let me know when you're here and I can come out and meet you!

Cedar Point is postponing the 2016 announcement due to yesterday's incident.

The ride has basically been announced anyway. The leaks are all over the papers and news already. Might as well just cancel it completely and through some stuff up on the website randomly.

Another stupid guest ruins things for everyone.

^Like the guy(s) who are responsible for Dueling Dragons never dueling again. That really pissed me off, despite the fact that i've never been on it, I'll never get to have that experience because of other people's ignorance. At least this accident won't result in the changing of ride experience

I was there the week they closed it down before it stopped dueling forever.

It still boggles my mind how the coasters were built specifically to duel yet they don't.

Coaster Hero, it wasn't one person ruining the ride. It was multiple, many people trying to throw stuff at the other train as it flew by. Even though, it still sucks, and the people who do those types of things should be accused with attempted murder, considering if someone on the other train was hit in the right place with the right object, it could easily be lethal. I don't see why people have to be so ignorant when it comes to safety.

^lol that's why i said guy(s) on purpose just in case I was wrong. I think it was 2 guys throwing car keys which ended up with severe injuries to the face that was the last straw. I don't remember entirely as it was a long time ago

why so late? Perhaps it's a glitch or something, I highly doubt they're announcing it in December, when it will be 3/4 done anyway.

December 22nd? I think the announcement will come in about 129 hours or 5 days!

Do people not realize how easy it is to fake something like that? I can do that in less than five minutes, and I have almost no experience. Its Fake.
