Since you've heard the breakdown of SFNE's coasters, I'll be the good CP employee/fanatic that I am, and give you a breakdown of CP's coasters.
Millennium Force - Best first drop of any coaster in the world, plus a great sustained sensation of speed and some awesome floater airtime. A must ride, don't listen to the critics. My favorite steelie.
TTD - Most intense 14 seconds of your life... the launch feels like being strapped to a rocket sled, and there is some great airtime over the top.
Magnum - redefines the words 'ejector airtime' 6 times, plus a great first drop and sensational speed throughout.
Raptor - one of the greatest B&M coasters ever. This thing is fast, intense, and has some great elements and intense positive g's all the way to the end. My favorite invert.
Gemini - good fun. the first drop is really good, and the racing is entertaining.
Wicked Twister - Very fun, nice and fast, and some great air in the vertical spikes.
Blue streak - good classic woodie with some nice air.
Mean Streak - slow, no real g's, and rough, but the drops are decent.
Corckscrew - great to look at, and definitely a classic, but a little rough.
Mantis - somewhat painful standup. Some nice hangtime in the loop, though.
Cedar Creek Mine Ride - meh...
Disaster Transport - cheesy theming, but still a pretty fun dark ride.
Wildcat - portable coaster, not bad.
Also:
Power Tower - nothing beats hanging 240 feet in the air and then launching all the way down.
Maxair - also fun, with some good float if you hit it right.
