It's not the same coaster though. I guess it's a personal choice. No right or wrong answer.

It's not a new credit, only the trains changed.
All hail your great Arrow Dynamics overlords.

I think it is a new credit. The different trains, especially from standup to floorless- two completely different experiences, will make it seem like a new coaster, just with the same layout. It feels like a new coaster to me. It is undergoing a huge change in most aspects

Can we stop acting like TPR and yelling about credits?

Round these parts your "Credit Count" means exactly squat.

It's more of a question on if it's a new coaster or not and since nobody is screaming and name calling I hardly think we're acting like TPR

Personally I'm on the fence about it. RCDB doesn't list anything as a new coaster. Phantom's Revenge doesn't count as a separate coaster over Steel Phantom.

I think I'll actually have to ride it and see for myself if I would count it as a totally different coaster, but as an addition to the count eeeeeeeeeh.

It is a new credit, because of the new trains and a completely different experience from stand up to sit down. It's like riding the various Batman's around the Six Flags chain. They are all new credit's, because of the location, but they are all the exact same ride as each other.

End story, mod gets final word :D

Nope
Same track=same coaster.
not enough change to call it new credit/coaster.
RMC transforms are new because they aren't using the same track or layout.
Its also a different experience on different seats. Its the same coaster....
I only count credit that specific day, not overall.

Though I see the allure of keeping a running count of the number of coasters on has been on, I don't much care about 'credits.' I don't need to experience a Vekoma boomerang or SLC again unless it's been fitted with the revised trains, and even then it'd be out of sheer morbid curiosity. That being said, I think my balls will count Rougarou as a new credit.

They work in an inferior way to the quote buttons.

Looks like the station interior has been changed from white to grey, those awful lightbulbs have been taken out, they added mounts for the unfolding floor, and new kicker wheels have been installed. Hopefully the new wheels will have motors that keep the train from being stalled out on the turn before the lift if it's E-stopped there. Also from the plywood on the bottom left it wouldn't surprise me if they've been doing computer room work.
