Coaster Patent?

Is this coaster up anywhere? I can tell its Intamin because of the track in fig.3 and it also talks about a catapult device which is provided by one or more hydromotors. It also talks about a 2G Launch @ (around)50m/s....Im not sure if this is built anywhere as it was registered in 2003....Just wondering.
