Cheetah Hunt-great layout, inversion, launches, and plus it has that crazy top hat thing that I love.

Haven't ridden Cheetah Hunt, but I'm sure Xcelerator's launch is a lot more kick in the back than Cheetah Hunt. So my vote is for Xcelerator!

Both look great, but I have to give it to Xcelerator because of that great looking launch.

Fury - I'm still not terribly convinced by wingriders beyond the novelty.

Fury just looks like another one of those hypers that are way too short. So I'm going for Thunderbird, launches are fun and the elements in this ride seem more interesting. :)

Any coaster is too short on length. Also layoutwise Thunderbird is more interesting to me. Fury is mainly some high speed turns, for the same reason I find I305 not interesting.

The only coaster that I felt was actually long enough was the Beast.

While Steel Dragon is the longest coaster in the world, keep in mind a lot of it is lift and breaks and the rest of it is small bunny hops that are a waste of potential.

Still can't believe no one has tried to take the record for world's longest coaster, not even Six Flags.

^ That much space taken up = no future way to gain profit.
It's not worth the money for the amount of space loss.

Only park I could see this working for is SFGADV because of the endless space they have around the lake.

Looks like you missed or misread my vote. Since I voted Thunderbird. Didn't make any difference though~

Alton Tower is all cool, but I'm voting for US coaster violence this time. Maverick, my all time favorite is there so my vote goes for Cedar Point. :)

I think you counted wrong on votes, Dirk didn't vote for Fury so that wouldn't make it 4-0.
Diamondback is Diamonbae.

Sorry for Double post:

Also, I love Thunderbird and Fury 325 both. However I do like inversions over airtime. Thunderbird. Obviously.

Cedar Point > Alton

I absolutely pick Cedar Point, because there is one giant coaster based on an actual dragster launch sequence... that is TTD! :D
