cool! i recommend either a coaster "landscape" (aka a long side view) or something like ttd or ka, the dimensions would work well.

We can use them for ID tags during the Road Trips also. Hopefully we can get working on these soon!

I hope we get them ready around December. But nothing is for sure yet...

-- Huge Bump --

We are still working on finding something to have it possible on cheaper shipping in the USA. One difference: The keyrings will probably be different since the USA doesn't really have any distributors in Blank Keyrings.

what are the dimensions, if I may ask? (I wanna make sweet VIP/staff/premium images)
The dimensions for the image would be 20mm by 50mm.

How are you doing with the images? Any progress? If you don't want to spoil the looks from the images so far in the forums. Drop me a PM. [:)]

Drop me an image that you'd like to see and i'll put it in [:)]

For so far, we'll keep on searching for something proper in the USA.

Stay tuned [:)]

Edit:
I did a small test on how water resistant the paper and inkt was.
- Poring water over the image: Nothing happends.
- Rubbing the paper: Image starts to come off.
But since the images will be inside the keyring it means it can resist water without any problems. Even condense wouldn't be a problem since you won't be able to rub the image. [:)]

Image
The image after rubbing it, on the background you can see the original looks.

This is a great idea! I'd totally buy one, but not if the shipping is almost 3x the price of the actual keyring.

If you could crop down the edges i think that would work pretty well.

I don't think that's the image that's going to go on the keyring, I think it was an example of an image that could be used in the custom one.

Yes, if you guys took the time to read, that was the point. Its for an example of a custom one. Stop whining.

I'm almost ready to finally start producing and selling them. So here's a final update:

Here you go, an example of a customized keyring:
Image

One image will keep the coastercrazy logo. Other side can be an image of your own choice. If you'd want a customized keyring with your image, Make sure you'll have an image ready on 200x500 / 500x200. I can also do (user)nametags, but i'm still working on those images.

Aka. Possibilities are wide open.

Prices will stay about the same:
Coastercrazy keyring: $0,85
Customized coastercrazy Keyring: $1,00

Shipping is the only disadvantage. Since those costs will go to $2,50 with a chance of 75%. But the plus side is that I possibly could ship 2 or maybe even 3 keyrings in one padded envelop then.

Stay tuned for the actually selling topic with information. [:)]
I'll go re-check all the stuff about shipping today.

Perhaps you could save costs by sending all the USA keyrings at once, to a US-staff member who will distribute them further.

It's a possibility. But sending packages to the states is already pretty pricy...
Also I keep the option open of shipping them out to everyone when I'm in the states myself. (end may, mid june [;)]) Then I could also ship them for very cheap to everyone. [:)]

I guess I could help distribute them if you just told me what to do [lol]. I might be interested in a personalized one with a Boulder Dash picture.

Do you think this could be cropped to work?

Any cropped image with the resolution of 500x200 or 200x500 would work. [:)]

I did some more research. It's now a 50/50 chance that the weight will be under 20grams so that shipping prices for shipping one keyring will be:
NL: ?????????0,80
EU: ?????????1,15
USA: $1,75

Shipping 2 or 3 keyrings would end up with:
NL: ?????????1,25
EU: ?????????1,95
USA: $3,00

Yes, Sort off. I could ship keyrings in bulk to Oscar so he can distribute them around the states.

Sending 17-18 keyrings to Oscar would cost eventually only ?????????0.35 ($0.46) for each keyring on shipping.

USA Shipping prices each keyring:
1-2: 0.95 eurocent
3: 0.65 eurocent
4-7: 0.75 - 0.45 eurocent
8-18: 0.75 - 0.35 eurocent
19-37: 0.55 - 0.30 eurocent
38-153: 0.55 - 0.13 eurocent

And that's all calculated without the weight of the packaging.

^those shipping prices aren't the total shipping cost, right? I mean, it'd still cost Oscar something to distribute them around in the states?
