Try not to rush when it's the middle of the day, enjoy it. When you take your time at the point, it seems to last longer and is much more memorable.

I'm serious i don't know that much about the park. I've looked online and all but theres only so much the site can tell you. I'd prefer advice from fellow coaster riders.

The park is awesome. i know everyone on this site seems to hate it, but i love it. I plan on getting a season pass soon. :] but lets see, in terms of advice..... well if you want to ride maverick, i suggest arriving at the park when it opens or earlier if you can. otherwise you will have at least a two-three hour wait for it. the longest ive ever waited for it was an hour and a half. oh, what day of the week are you going, that would help me give more advice.

soak city is a waste of space. they should knock it down and use it for more orgasmic roller coaster goodness... Oh and don't leave the park until you get your ass kicked at least once by Mean Streak, although mild in terms of g force, that coaster is a great way to end the day...

Skip Raptor in the morning, everyone always goes there first. Don't bother with the water park, it's barely average and you're probably more interested in the coasters anyway. Bring a friend.

I didn't want to go to soak city but my parents wanted some info on it. Mean streak, magnum, and mantis are the coasters im most excited about.

Ah man, I <3 Cedar Point. Just so you know, Wicked Twister never has a line that's even close to anything else in the park. Same for Magnum, so you can really hit those two whenever you want instead of rushing to them before everyone else gets there. Use that time on Dragster, MF and Maverick.

Don't try to use the vending machines in the lines for rides! They kept eating my money, I dunno if I just had incredibly bad luck that day with them, but about 5 or 6 different ones took my money.

Are you staying on site?

Millennium Force is a death of boredom. Don't ride it unless the wait is less than 20 or so minutes.
1-Millennium Force | 2-Intimidator 305 | 3-Fury 325
4-Skyrush | 5-Iron Rattler | 6-X2 | 7-Kingda Ka
8-Voyage | 9-Maverick | 10-Monster

yeah, i disagree with what gerty said. the longest i would wait for MF would be an hour, anything over would be pushing it. but if you go on friday or satuday, you wouldnt get anything under an hour and a half for the big rides.
when you know what day of the week your going, tell us. id suggest monday or thursday. tuesday isnt bad either. wednesday used to be the day to go, but now everyone thinks that, so its busy. lol

You have to ride MF anyways. It's still a fun ride, and it's worth it for the first drop. After that I personally think it's still sweet but definitely nothing too special, but I'm sure you will love it just because of the height and speed anyways.

I am trying to go on a weekday for the lines. I am riding mf and ttd even though ttd scares the holy hell out of me. Maveric is a must ride. Ill ride everything good, take notes, and come back with a solid report. Thanks for all the advice so far.
