I will donate R120.00 (that's about $10.00) as soon as I receive my wire transaction CD from my bank. I will collect it in this week.

I'm really sorry to hear about such a disabling injury and hope recovery goes relatively well for him!

I feel terrible! I wish I could do something about it, but I am unable to use any sort of online service like PayPal. I will try very hard to get it to you some other way, but I have to ask- would you accept money order?

Thanks to the people that have donated. We appreciate your aid completely. Sorry for failing you guys like this but it was an unforeseen circumstanace. The site costs ore than $120 a month to operate but we're pending a check from google ads so we deducted what they're sending for it. Though it'll be coming around sometime April, not this month and with the few things I've sold on ebay the past couple of weeks I should have enough funds to cover the costs until SFF takes over it next month. Thank you very much guys and gals!

Oh man. Times like this when I wish my parents would give me permission to use online money systems. Really wish I could help you WWS, really, I would give as much to the site as I have (about $50) but my parents...they're tight on things like that.

I hope the best for you in getting better!

I'm afraid I'm in the same situation as other people on here. My parents simply don't trust donating to someone they don't know (or at least can see). And as I do not have my own bank account that I can make withdrawals from without their permission, I have no way to donate.

I hope your recovery goes well and speedy. Again, sorry I cannot help.

I have some money around, I'll donate as soon as I can.

Ugh, it's hard convincing my parents this isn't a scam. They must have no compassion...

I was going to use this money as my March poker budget, but your need is greater than my cheap entertainment. Hope this helps! ($50 sent)

What we're asking is what specificly happened to you at work? Did you put your hand in a machine that you shouldn't have? Something like that.

It appears to have been caused by the various slip and falls at work and lifting and turning at the same. SO basically I semi dislocated 2-3 vertebrae. Subluxation? Doc wrote on the disability certificate Lumbar Radiculation. So in essensce my vertabra have tilted down to the left and are now pinching the nerves and are not moving back without chiropractic therapy. The pain is non stop. I can't hold on to stuff with my left hand, either they fall out randomly or I get spasms and start shaking. I can't stand for periods of time, max like 5 minutes else the nerve from the bottom end of my left butt cheek starts hurting down to the back of my knee and slowly starting like falling but the pain is nonstop for about 2 weeks right about now. I'd have pain before and massage it away, now massages don't help, pain killers (vicodin, ibuprofen, etc ) no longer remove the pain one bit. I can't sit down either, my lower back feels like it wants to split from the waist. I get lower left back pain literally the minute I sit down. I am confortable when laying down flat on my back. If I get on my wide, feels like my spine wants to break in half. Once I get up from laying on my back, there's inflamation in my lower back and hurts like no curse word could describe [lol] So yeah I am screwed in and out. I can't work. I can't pick up anything over 10 pounds as it feels like my back starts tearing apart. [:(]
I've gotten your donation Kevin Brennan, cjd, and Bockzilla. Wow Donald, you are the best! Thank you so much buddy! That's just great. I am forever indebted with you!
Thanks guys and gals for being so understanding.

Oscar,

I know what you are going through...I have had back problems as well and have visited a chiropractor before on many occasions although nowhere near as bad as you. My mom has had serious back pain like you and eventually ended up getting several vertebrae fused to fix the pinching of the nerves in her back. I hope that the chiropractor can fix the problem with out taking the serious route of surgery to fix it. I wish you all the best and a very speedy recovery.

Don.

P/S You are very welcome. It was the least I could do for you my friend.

Oh man WWS...that...that's just not fair to you. shiz! Sounds like tons of pain, man! I really feel bad, and I wish you the best and pray for your well being...it's an opportunity you've been given to do something that was normally put aside, I can feel it [;)] It's up to you to use this setback in the most positive way possible!

In other notes, you've got plenty of help from here going to you, and seems like you've got plenty of backup for site control!

[edit]...bockzilla, exactly how much did you donate?
