CSUDH Campus Gunman - I Was There!

This morning at my CSUDh there was a gunman spotted on campus. He was shirtless but wearing a green jacket and believed to be wearing to bullet straps and holding an AK47. Campus was on lockdown and we heard gunshots, but the campus press release states there were no shots fired. I was in the parking lots since I leave early to get a close parking spot. Anyway the school was inundated with police cars, medial personal and a swarm of helicopters. The school has been released from lockdown and classes are back in session. the suspect has been caught, arrested and transported out of the school. School reports state that it was an ROTC student with some mental problem and that the weapon he took was a replica and not a real weapon. Nevertheless this caused several classes to be canceled since media reports and official school reports stated that campus would be closed. My instructor drives from San Diego, 2 hour drive to the school, and mass emailed eveyone that class was cancelled. Several other school mates reported the same thing with teachers not going to campus since they were instructedto not show up so all early classes pretty much were cancelled. I got interviewed by Telemundo so tune in to your tv stations and see me. I'm the one in the brown Ecko hoodie. Woot!

Television news medium is confirming that was indeed was an ROTC student and that he was indeed carrying a fake rifle. That it is common for ROTC students to practice drills early onin campus. That it was a mistake. boo!

Dumb rotc student. The "shots" that were heard came from the construction zone going on directly behind the building where they arrested the guy.

the second amendment of our constitution grants us the right to own and carry firearms.. in fact one of the reasons we told england to I Love You! off was because they wanted to disarm us.. [:D]
