delimma (kinda)

Anyone,

you have all heard this before, but I have a problem. About week ago my HD began going bad, so I got a new one. Wanted to re-install NL on the new HD, but could only find the reg key. I have dug thru all my back-up CDs, all possible email accts, etc, but to no avail. I still only have my reg key. What I need is the username sent with it.

My question is simple. Can NL resend my username if I email them as much pertinent info as I can (ie. name, reg key, payment method)?

Any assistance or direction that anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

i had the same problem, if you email no limits and send them your adress, and email and they should be able to find your purchase in there history and send you the information

An email has been sent with as much info as I had access to at my office. Hopefully, that will be enough.

is not your username, your first name-lastname-emailadress or is it just me?

i had to email them about 4 times to send me my reg key and user name. they are cool you will get it in no time!!

got it! woohoo! thanks for all the help from everyone. NL responded very quickly witht he info I needed.

and not to worry. it is now copied with the reg key in a safe place.
