Meh. Dorney's ok. Not great, not bad. Depends on when you go and what you like.

I think it looks way fun. I mean, you have at least 5 worth while roller coasters. Hydra, Steel Force, Talon, Possessed (Meh), and kinda Thunderhawk for people like me that enjoy those old woodies.

The rides were all crazy disappointments for me, except maybe Talon. I think driving to Dorney was more exciting than Hydra, haha. The park itself was pretty nice, and there was that one kick ass rapids ride that was just going under waterfalls for a couple minutes [lol]. I liked the place, though.

Hydra sucks... Talon is the best ride in the park. (Since July 5th that is.) Steel Force is the second highest rated ride. Then Hydra. Nuff said.

PS: Yes, these are facts based on the paperwork I have seen.

Hydra is cool, I rode it at night, and the barrel roll and pre-drop-less-drop totally suprised me, it's a very cool ride, not groundbreaking or forcefull as Talon is, but the ride certainly didn't dissapoint.

Hydra doesn't suck but I agree with those ratings. Hydra is good the first few times but Talon and Steel Force I would go on over and over again. And I don't think thunderhawk is that good. I came off with my head spinning, it hurt so much.

I'm glad Laser is gone that was worse than Thunderhawk.

But I'd say thumbs up.

I agree!! Talon blows all the other coasters out of the water!! Its starting to lose some of its smoothness though. Otherwise, I could ride that coaster all day and night!! Hydra is cool for the jojo roll and boring after that. Its better if you ride it at night.

you don't understand, If you ride the back seat on that, the first drop just rips you down.

Steel Force has slowed down over the years, but still offers good floater air the first half and god ejector air on the bunny hops in the back. Talon is the back is surprisingly fast and IMO the best ride when ridden in the back. Hydra offers the best ride in the back because you get absolutely slingshotted out of your seat on the drop. Hydra always seems to have more vibration than the other two and is never as smooth but still a good ride. Thunderhawk I think is one of the most underrated woodies out there. This actually gives a better ride up front because it's a tad smoother and you jump up over the hills, where as the back kinda struggles to make it and there is no air, but a TON (and I mean a ton) of air up front. They did work on it this past winter and it's even smoother now and almost feels like a steelie (how bout that for 86 years old?). Voodoo (I stil don't like calling it Possessed) is just like any other like this you may ride, but I deff. enjoy my ride on it. I live by Dorney so I'm there all the time, but those are my experiences. Not a top notch CP type park that you would travel cross-country to see, but deff. worth a day-trip if you live within a few hours or if your in the area.

P.S. (Reports say Steel Force is better with no seatbelt, but IDK how true that is. IDK if the people who say that are still around XD)
