Download Problem

Almost every time i try to download a NoLimits track with the track packager, right after it downloads, it makes a sound and the file is gone. I used to be able to download every ride i cant now. Anybody know how i can fix this? Thanks.

you sure you're downloading them to where you think you are? try unchecking 'close window after download is complete' and when its finished, click open.
