my second theme park report, now with pictures taken with my new camera [8D] also, the page has about 168 pictures, so it may take a while to load, sorry for you guys with slower connections [:(]

we arrived at drayton at 10:00 and purchased our tickets from the lovely hot lady vendor before going through the gate and saying hello to the nice gatekeeper. it was at 10:20 when we went to get toasties and start queueing for our first ride of the day, maelstrom, which is an intamin gyro swing and a favourite of mine. afterwards we headed towards the gerstlauer X-car named G-force and rode it. (climactic huh?) G-force is a fun ride, don't get me wrong but I am not it's biggest fan. It was, however, a more smooth and comfortable trip than our next ride which was shockwave, the B&M(?) stand up coaster with a feeling of uncertainty with every ride. the coaster simply feels unsafe due to age and the way that it quickly turned from a standup to a nutcracker floorless on the zero-G roll which was very uncomfortable, but a fun ride nonetheless. next up was the zoo with many cool animals such as monkies, and pythons, tortoises, tigers and meerkats.

pandemonium was the next stop, not much to say about this ride as i have no idea of who other manufacturer is and i have no stats. then it was off to apocalypse for two rides, once on the sit down, then once on floorless, oh yes. first time. it was awesome. to sum up the rest of the day it was very much the same as before, but not without riding the rapids, excalibur and the pirate adventure of couse!

rides in chronoliogical order:
maelstrom
G-force
shockwave
rapids
rapids (no queue)
zoo
pandemonium
the haunting (scarier than it used to be surprisingly)
apocalypse (sitting)
apocalypse (standing)
excalibur

shockwave
pictures w/ captions wooooo!

dude the pictures are too big, can you edit them down to like 1024 max width size so they load faster and don't stretch the page out too much.
