Elementary problem.

I got another problem, I try downloading Elementary but it won't open, this is the error:

Run-time error '53':
File not found: msvbvm50.dll

Does anyone know where I can get that file?

Nevermind guys, I found it, I'll probably need some more help on other things later.

make sure you have that .dll file on your desktop! it happens to all of tia's tools, its something to do with windows 7.

^No, you don't have to put it on your desktop. Mine isn't, it's in the proper system folder.

Be sure it's in that folder BEFORE you install/run the program so that Elementary knows where to look the first time around for it.

You think that would indicate its a problem not associated with windows 7 but rather her tools?
