Elise - Intamin Looper

Yes, a new Intamin Looper. I don't see many good ones around, so I thought that I would try and contribute. I don't actually know how many inversions it will have, but I'm guessing anywhere from 8-11 will do fine. I don't have an expected release date, but I'm pretty sure that it won't be anytime soon.
