Quite amazingly, Universal Studio Islands of Adventure was a complete baren waste land by about half an hour before closing time. Unconsciously being a leming, I also start heading to the park exit. On the way I decided to drop in on the incredible hulk coaster one more time. NO LINE, and when i say no line I mean the only person in front of me was a 40 year old man exiting the station as I got on. That was the fastest time I've ever gone on a roller coaster 8 times in row. Finally, after the 7th time, having been the only person on the ride, the station worker (glaring at me as if to say I was the only thing holding her back from getting off early[:D]) said they where about to close the line and I might as well just stay on for a last ride [:O] (that was a first, and still the only, time that's happend to me). Bad Idea, about a second into the launch I blacked out. Thank god I made a 'full recovery' before I got back to the station.

Well, that was my long and rambling only-person-on-coaster story, lets hear yours.

i did not have that, what i did have was at Goliath @ WWO, which everyone knows, it was opened before the real commercials on national television begon, and it wasn't very popular, anyways, the station has 8 gates and only the 1st and 2nd and the last to gates had lines for 10 meter and the rest was blank, no-one wanted to sit in the middle of the train, only front or back, quite hilarious

On Psycone at SFMM we had to wait for 15 minutes until there was enough people on the train. When we finally had the minumum, the train crawled over the hills.

i've ridden the skywheel totally alone. Pretty weird feeling. Totally alone front seat being the only person in the ride [lol] I wanted to buy that onride photo too but the onride camera had glitches... [:(] Oh well, it was fun and i want to go back again!

Test riding Raptor in the mournings was always fun but it doesn't beat test riding Turnpike Cars. Thats just eerie being the only person on the whole track driving in a car that doesn't really fit well. But, the only time I got to stay on the ride continously was during a wedding on Raptor. No joke, two employees got married one being a Raptor crew member. So all of us who didn't have to open the ride got to ride it as wedding guests. Rode 3 times in a row without the harnesses even releasing when we got into the station. Third time around I was starting to feel it, but never blacked out.

How do you black out on Hulks Launch? Its not very forceful...only like o-35 in 2 seconds.

Anyways, Ive ridden Cornball Express half a dozen times by myself.
I also have ridden Magnum entirely by myself and been one of very few on Raptor. Same for Mean Streak.

Re-Rides rule but riding by yourself sucks. The trains dont carry the same momentum so the ride isnt quite as fast overall and without the screaming its just a bit boring.

Mindbender at GL, since there are not many people in GL, and most are little kids that stay on the kiddie side of the park, the only time there is a line up is whent is about to open and people build up. But at any other time of day, there is usually nobody there, or small groups of people that go on it all day.

I was ten years old, and with short lines all around the park I was non-stop riding the whole day. Iguess it wasn't an actual blackout, like I didn't pass out, but my vision just shot to hell. Also, having spontanious ora didn't help either.

I think every coaster in Disney land Paris apart from Big thunder Mountain I've gone on my own continousley. The best was Indiana Jones because I just kept lauging and saying again as I went into the station and they never even stopped it and let me go round about 5-7 times. Eventually half the staff went on with me!

Hmmm

One day last year, me and 3 friends had been planning to go to BGW on a day it was supposed to poor, so we went at around like 3, and it ended up only sprinkling, but anyways, we asked the ticket/season pass checker guy if he knew how many people were there, and he said to look at the turnstile, and it said 643[LOL].

So we got on Loch Ness Monster, Big Bad Wolf, and Alpengiest no wait, and Apollo's Chariot in one wait(for the back), and we rode like every ride by ourselves. Yeah, it was fun.

This wasn't a roller coaster but at Cedar Point about 5 years ago, me and my friend went to Snake River Falls at 9 at night. We were the only ones there, and every ride had the largest splashes we've ever seen. Since we were soaking wet, we went over to the rapids ride 5 times conitinously :)

But before that, we headed to Millenium Force, and there was a 45 minute wait. We finally got to the station and only the front and back lines were full. From the second row in the 1st car to the last row of the rear car was empty. We walked right on.

I went to Geuga Lake in October of 2004 and had the entire park pretty much to myself. I had 5 laps on Dominator in the front row all by myself. Same on X flight, Villain, Double Loop and Dominator. Only time I rode with anyone was RWB and Steel Venom. It was actaully a bit sad to think of a nice park so deserted. Still, it was fun having the park pretty much to myself.

Ahh, king for a day!! [dorkhat]

I have been the only person on a coaster. That coaster was Wild Chipmunk at Lakeside Amusement Park. Since they only ran one car, I was the only one on it.

Honestly, the staff of a ride doesn't get to go on it very often while they work. Only time it happeneds is when a rider commented on a noise on a train or the seatbelt comming off of a restraint, then one person had to sit where they were and listen for abnormalties. Suffice to say nothing was wrong, but it was nice to get a ride in.

But it is a perk to know which train is faster, which isn't the roughest, and where that one seat on the ride is at that totally kicks ass.

I rode a Rock-O-Plane at a carnival when I was literally the only person there. I also got the last ride of the night on FoF with my siter. It was sort of creepy being in there when it was completely empty, and the janitors had already turned on all the lights in the queue and started cleaning.
