O_o That looks pretty sweet. Too bad they couldn't make it so the last hill comes back to the ground before brakes to maximize airtime...
But even so, It's still more than (I think) anyone originally thought.
And is the ending inside the "indoor attraction" mentioned in Dirk Ermen's post?

^ me too, those things are awesome. I actually like the idea of the track, accept for that overbank thingy after the launch.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

^Yes, it's a customized NoLimits train and track.
And yes, it's probably going to be held up properly.

wait... is this the ride that will be hitting 130 mph? because i thought that the track on that video was just a rough sketch, i had no idea it was the real layout... is this really the fastest coaster in the world?
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

yes. before it slams you into some brakes to slow you down for the seriously cool looking helix thing between the two stands.

love how the launch track is in line with the starting straight on the track

Ok, from the simulation this looked really stupid, but now that I see it will be going right next to the track and between the bleachers, this looks interesting.

uhh.....lets just hope a car doesn't decide to flip and crash. That would be a big ass hazard. Yes I know the cars usually don't fly over the fence but there has been enough times to say it's not rare. And like what if a piece of car flies over the fence?? I hope the track is covered or something.
Sometimes you gotta sacrifice a little bit of yourself to get the job done.

That helix looks kinda fun. So, do they launch you at 134mph, slow you down, then throw you into the helix?

I thought the concept was lame at first, but the way this interacts with the drag strip and everything around it is awesome. Those steering wheel restraints are cool. [:)]

Yup, Launching from 0 to 135mph in 2,5 sec. Just before the turn they slow you back down to about 50mph from what i've heard. Personally, i'm hoping for a little higher speed after slowing down, but i'll see that when i get there. [:)]

That's quite a long launch. I don't like that stupid windshield in the front car though, makes the train look ooglay.
