I like Mexican food, with my favorite dish being carne asada. I also like cajun food, such as blackened alligator and red beans & rice. Then there's mongolian chicken, my favorite Chinese dish. I could go on and on. [:D]

My favorite dish would have to be my homemade hamburger macaroni with finely chopped onions for seasoning. But I love Chinese food too. Walnut Shrimp and General Tso's Chicken is yummy!

chilaquiles is like chopped tortilla, fried, then spice it up, make it crunchy, then drop in some tomato sauce, mild/med/hot sauce, let it simmer and dry a bit, then serve up on plate, pop some cream and fresh grated cheese on it and yum!

Tacos de lengua (tongue) isn't my fav food but the place i tried it at cooked it well. Here's one U can try: Sardine on a cracker with chocolate or chocolate mixed with creamed corn and sardine chunks. *grabs a barf (borf) bowl and prepares for some mad chunk blowing* Well, this was done at my church's youth group. We played food fear factor. No one puked though
