This seemed like a good way to find really well done tracks with environments that just go above and beyond the norm. here's a link to my favorite. It's called Serenity.
Haha, no coaster has ever pushed my fps below 97. Im not sure if its @ CC, but my favorite one was Stallion.
Ohh, and Gaia was effin sexy too.
wish i still had the track package[V]

I think it was called Blue Hurricane, a B&M invert that was so elaborately and realistically themed that I forgot it was a game. It had walkways, electrical boxes, fences, nets, transfer tracks, benches, the whole shabang. It was beautiful.
My Favourite coaster has to be Thuderhead falls by Pyhter.
It reminds me of the fantastic Theming thought up by Disney Imagineers.
Simply Stunning.

Wicked Twister by pkigoer.
Thunderhead Falls by Phyter.
Both extremely realistic. Not some crazy, will never happen stuff. Im not a huge fan of the heavy 3ds rides where it just seems like people throw tunnels, bridges and buildings just to make it interesting. Even with a theme, the rides would cost in the tens, if not hundreds of millions, rivalling Expedition Everest. Just, doesnt seem like theres much challenge in the way its done. Its just creating a ride that can run on most computers.
I think the theming on Silver Mountain by Zazu Yen is very impressive. The track isn't perfect by any means, but the scenery is used to such good effect it's still one of my all time favourites.
My favorite was one called "Cartoon" it was pretty awesome. It was wooden, and it went to the highest point it could straight up, then flew straight down on a transportation segment.
