Favorite music?

I've really been into late-60's / early-70's music recently... specifically Janis Joplin, John Lennon's early solo work, a sadly long-forgotten singer-songwriter named Bert Sommer, and pretty much all of the mainstream rock from that era.

I've been whoring on the most recent Vektor album and Beyond Creation's "The Aura". Certainly some of the better traditional prog/death/black/thrash metal from last year.

Drink the Sea by the Glitch Mob has caught my fancy recently.

I have been listening to the latest Creed album and Baja Men

Arcade Fire and Radiohead mostly.
Also Arctic Monkeys, Pixies, Queens of the Stone Age, & Interpol.

I've been listening to "new" disco. Just discovered Grum...really liking him a lot.

I listen to kyuss the original band don't know if the new band has other music maybe i need to check them out. for as far as i know they are doing music from kyuss . correct me if I'm wrong.

Teutonic thrash is all good.

Try Legion Of The Damned since their music is pretty much Sodom but with slightly slower tempos.

Warbringer and Vektor are also bands that you may like.

Kyuss was cool as I like Stoner Rock, but Josh Homme's later projects are better.
