I needz teh help. Whenever I try to send files over aim, I cannot see the files. Also when I click Program Files/Nolimits 1.7/Tracks, I can't even see the files. If I open the NL Editor, I can open the tracks, but it shows this:

I am using windows 7, and I would love to get some helpzzzzzzz.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Wow, what does windows 7 now do with the NL files? Have you checked if something like write protection is on, on those files?

I've had the same problem since vista, and it hasn't changed since getting 7 for me either. The easy solution is to just copy and paste the file to your desktop or anywhere else if you need to upload it here or do anything else with it.

If I keep it in the NL folder can I just not open it?

But when I open up my computer, and then open Nolimits 1.7/Tracks, I can't see the track files. It has the tracks that come with NL (Mantis, Kumba, Monstrum Awakens) but none of my track files are there.

You will need to turn on hidden files in the control panel under folder options.

... that didn't work either. "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" was checked, and it still didn't work. I even checked "Don't show", applied, and then clicked Show again and it didn't work.

If you're just in explorer you can click "compatibility files" and the files should show up there.

That's what I was saying in my first post, you can get the files to open in *windows* explorer (not IE, I haven't used that in years either) by doing what I just said, but if you're trying to upload a track to CC in chrome or firefox or sending it to someone over aim, you'll have to copy and paste it to somewhere you can see it from your browser or aim. If someone else knows how to actually fix this that would be great, but this is a way to work around it and be able to do whatever you want to do with the files.
