Am I the only one who broke into tears at the end of this movie? It was such a heartfelt story, and Johnny Depp was amazing. Definately Oscar-Worthy: move over Jamie Foxx, the little gold man has JOHNNY DEPP - BEST ACTOR on it!

This movie truly proves that a movie does not have to be long and tedious to have a deep story that reaches everbody's hearts.

If you have not seen this movie, go see it. You won't be sorry. Unless you are a crazy action/adventure fan who does not care about actual feelings. (This is not offending action/adventure fans, since I am one, but I like beautiful dramas too.

On the other hand, House of Flying Daggers was also a pretty fun movie. The story was sort of pointless, but if you like Chinese swashbuckling and liked Hero, you haven't seen anything yet!

All in all:
FINDING NEVERLAND: **** A very dramatic tour-de-force tear-jerker that never lets go of your soul
HOUSE OF FLYING DAGGERS: *** Swashbuckling fun and martial arts kick-butt action makes up for the confusing and boring storyline

The movie was at one of our local theaters for a few weeks, but I never really was interested, even though it is an 8.3/10 on the IMDB...it just didn't look interesting to me. Seems to be just another one of those emotional stories about something-or-other...who cares.
