I've a pretty good idea where this is, my friends and I will have to pay him a visit in the warmer weather.

Edit: Actually, I recognized some background scenery in it -- the place isn't far from me if I'm guessing correctly. Within walking or skating distance right by a mall and a set of epic abandoned warehouses.
