My Coaster I'm workin on as a hill that creates a vertical g-force of -1.9g's...so my question is that bad...because isnt negative verts that create airtime??? So is there really such thing as tooooo much negative verts.
Sometimes you gotta sacrifice a little bit of yourself to get the job done.

it will probably give you a nice bruise on your legs later in the day, and if it has OTSR's your shoulders will certainly take a pounding...

Way too much dude, for any type of coaster. No matter what type you're building, keep it under -1.5, but some should be lower (higher?) than that. What's the coaster type that you're using?

I try to keep a max of -1.4 for an coaster style I'm working with. Honestly it should not be that intense, even -1 is strong!

I'm using Bolliger & Mabillard / Mega Coaster

Try to keep it between -0.7 to -0.9 at the most then. The B&M hypers don't have very strong airtime, just a lot of it.

even thats strong for a true b and m. I would say -.6 Max if you are going for a realistic coaster.

I use no more than 0.2 in negative G magnitude. If I ever do, its for a tenth of a second at most.

^where's the fun in that? If you want ejector air like those intamins and GG have, you need to go at least to -1 Verticals

OR a REALLY fast transition ala GG. I dont think the GG Rides are any stronger than -1. MAybe just a touch under. But because of the rate at which the trains accelerates from positives to negatives thats IMO Where you truely get a sense of ejector airtime.

At least to me. A gradual buildup to -1.4 wouldnt feel as impressive as a quick hit to -0.8. Majority of our interpretation of a G Forces strength really comes from the transition in and out of the airtime - not the actual airtime itself.
