Gambler ride manufacture?

Who makes this very fun ride? It is always at the Loudoun County Fair.

It is not that ride, that ride tilts too much. This ride tilts much less.

The tilt is controlled by the operator, they might not have been using it all the way. It's also a trailer mounted version which could be a little different.

The ride has the same tilt throughout the whole ride. It is fixed at that angle.

I don't know then, I can't think of anything else that is similar.
