yes its now dirk_ermen's turn to come visit us here in the uk.

starting sunday the 4th of october the visiting scedule runs like this

4th - chessington world of advneture
5th - thorpe park
6th - oakwood theme park
7th - alton towers
8th - lightwater vally theme park
9th - blackpool pleasure beach
10th - blackpool pleasure beach
11th - drayton manor


come meet me and dirk for a day if you like

I'll try and book the 6th off work, to come to Alton Towers, but only if you're sure this is going ahead, because with all the driving you've got yourself down to do, you're gonna be f00ked!

Thorpe Park to Chessington is no difference at all, right next to each other, but then you're driving to Oakwood for the next day!!? and then to Alton Towers the day after that!?!?! I'll be impressed if you don't fall asleep in the queue for Rita [;)] not that there will be a queue, it being October in the school term... it is in the school term isn't it? It's not half term or anything? Can someone who still goes to school please check!

But anyway, haven't met up with Gaz for a long time and I've never ever met Dirk before, so I'll be happy to come along to that, don't know if my missus will be at uni though, travel might me a bit difficult. I'll speak to t'missus tonight and sort something out.

Yes, this trip is going to continue. Even if Gary cancels it because of a random reason. Me and my mom still will come over for some visits to a couple parks.

He's not the only one with a drivers license. Me and even my mom has a license too. So if someone is tired or whatever. We always could switch drivers. [:)]

And from the schools, I have no clue. The site that I usually use for that info, doesn't have the 2009-2010 schoolyear online yet. But last year their holiday was around the end of October so I think we should be fine.

no im not going to cancel for any reason whatsoever, this is going to go ahead as planned

we carnt swop drivers dirk as im the only one thats insure on my car but it will be ok as we got hotel by chessington 1st night and a hotel outside cardiff night after so all the driving is sorta segmented into loverly small segments. easy to manage and the night after oakwood were back at my home that night so thats going to be alot of fun. this is going to be an awsome trip just like the one to europa park, theres much fun to be had

Hmmm... I remember something from last year when we tried to do a UK trip with Bas/hyyyper too. That you had some insurance that everyone who is the driver from that car, was insured.

you can get short term insurance from your insurance company gaz, I've done it before, you can get a weeks insurance for someone else for your car, it'll cost about ?????????40 I would say, for someone Dirks age who is not used to driving in this country. That's up to you though, if you don't think you need it, don't worry!

yeah i thought that gouldy, i thought teacher training days were mondays and fridays

this si going to be a great trip, the blackpool hotel is now booked and im waiting for the travel inn by thorpe park to get back to me

our school is wierd, i've got lots of random teacher training days this year

I dont know if i will be able to make it though, plus it is only blackpool. Why can i not be moving nearer to alton or thorpe? Depends how much money i end up having that week, as i am working my last shift at my job tomorrow, and so far have had no luck with finding a new one. lol. SCREWED i think is the word.
