Russia. They have been flying over here seeing whats going on "patrolling ve skies". I think it's weird but we really dont need another battle with Russia. BUt once they saw our jets come they were outta here. What do you think this is all about?

Nor have they heard that half the country still lives in the 19th century ... including theirs. [lol] Piff, I say we bring on the Cold War again. We kicked their arse once before, and we (that is the US) would be more than happy to come do it again. After all, we are the world's police force.

Correct .. no one said anyone won anything. I merely said that we kicked their arse and made them disarm (and then break their entire nation apart) first. Call it what you want ... either way it still comes out as:

USA 1 USSR 0

[lol]

However, looking deeper into them, it was a sad shock to see that they were not some marvelous super-power as their hype suggested, but that more than half of the nation was in sub-poverty level. I think they are merely shaking their sabers for some attention. Piff ... Osama is a bigger threat to the world stage than a few MIGs from Russia flying in International Airspace.

Don't be jealous of our Air Superiority ... we worked for it, and we have a right to exploit it!

Oh yeah, we should probably live in peace and harmony too! [lol]

I hated that movie. From 10 minutes in I knew what the end was gonna be. Yeah, Marky Mark is such a good actor (noooooooot). Rating: Lame. I have a good buddy who has recently transferred out of the Sniper Division, and that movie made him laugh -- that is how bad it is.

Movies about a certain area of expertise are allways a laugh when you're in that area, looking how we all laughed about Final Destination 3.

HEY! Even if Mark Wahlberg was in some crappy movies, doesn't mean he's not amazing!

Don't diss the Marky!

It's pretty much Russia wanting everyone to know that are a force to be reckoned with. Lately they have been putting more and more money into military funding. I can't blame them really for the last almost 15 or so years they havn't been feared as a threat, but they have turned their economy around so I think they deserve to show off their muscles.

Well they spent around 21.000.000.000$ on that per year (which is even less than Germany does) and they have 1.000.000 active service personnel.
The USA spent 453.300.000.000$ into military funding a year and have 1.332.300 active service personnel.

By the way, russian planes own.
American planes are like Intamin Woodies with prefabricated track. They look nice and they are hightech, but they just don't feel right.
Russian planes are more like Gravity Groop Woodies. Loud, fast and kickass :D

Do that in a F-22 please :D

I do agree the Flanker has superb low speed maneuverability, but if the Raptors were able to defeat everything thrown at them in Red Flag Alaska 80-1 I'm pretty sure they would annihilate the flankers in BVR. Besides the AMRAAM is much better than the Russian R-77.
