Getting the Installation sent again?

If I have my reference number and license key/email user name, can I get an installation app sent to me again? I recently had to re-install windows back to windows 7, and I forgot to back it up.

If so, how would I go about doing this? I honestly didn't know how to search for this via google and this site.

I have updates backed up though. smh.


Edit: I think I've figured out what to do.

Edit 2: OK, the Customer Care site is saying the download link expired. There's no way to get another download link?

I would email the support team and ask them

Email the nolimits team:

nolimits@nolimitscoaster.com with your email and serial code, and they will get you a fresh download link.

I have had to ask them before and they usually get back to you in a day or so.
