I think that members of the coaster crazy community should work together to start a Google Wave projects. Anyone else agree?

it is the new thing that google is coming out with. they say it will replace email, but i doubt it. it is currently in beta and you can get it if you have a google account.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Google Wave = Google's version of a data base.

Havn't heard people flip out over SQL or some other database.

I had a lot of fun playing around with wave when I first got to try it out, the UI and the whole idea of realtime updating is really cool, but I haven't actually used it for anything practical yet. It seems like something that would be great if google gets to the point where everyone has it, but until then the only thing I could see it being really useful for is collaboration on school projects (maybe).

Agreed with Mikey. It's a great concept but there really isn't any reason for me to use it that I see. Maybe if you were doing a group collab project on school, or NL, or something IDK

Sorry, but I just don't see what Wave can do that I already can't do with Zimbra / Exchange / 3CX and a number of other open source and readily available software programs. I also wouldn't want Google to host anything for my company, because then they could get inside information of our companies operations etc.
