I get bored with Nimbostratus for now. I need to whip somethin' up to work with, for the funz and the lulz and the hugz. This will be 'Grasshopper.' It's a small B&M Mega with some different aspects of my own thrown around. I thought it would be a good idea to give B&M a much sharper lift crest with a speedy lift hill and slightly stronger airtime on the hills and tasteful mild lateral forces. Just generally a sharper, more quickly executed profile.

Kind of how Intamin is to the Mega-Lite,
B&M is to the Grasshopper [:D]
Not in such a drastic sense as you might think though. It still is graceful and such. I just really love the B&M Mega coaster type lately... It's a really attractive coaster type.

Coming out within the next couple of weeks. Probably next Sunday depending on how much time I have to devote to my physics test this week.

Will there be a super scramble blackhole tunnel at the end?

What even is that? I don't think I'll have one but what is it...

Looks interesting. Seems like your incorporating a good amount of twisty sections to compliment the airtime :) The yellow is pretty awesome too!

You like it? I used to be able to land on a color scheme that I really liked for any of my rides very quickly. Lately, though, I'm much harder to please with colors haha. Especially with the trains.

And yes! There is a lot of airtime to be had on this ride, but also 600 degree helix, a figure finale with a quick low-ground turn and an S-bend into what I'm hoping I can somehow make into a tunnel or some kind of bridge underpass.

Yeah the track colour definitely. Not sure about green trains though. I suppose it depends on the theme. Yeah bridge, tunnel or maybe a steep sided trench (with a bridge?!)

A super scramble blackhole tunnel I guess is, a pitch black tunnel with strobes and colorful light effects.

I want to ride that helix so hard.

Maybe try dark deep purple trains, or crimson red trains, if you're not convinced about the train colors.

I like that color scheme. Never been a fan of small B&M's, though.

^^Hmmm, why not a fan? In real life or NL designs, or both? I think they're gorgeous designs. Like Batman at SFNE and Daemonen. Of course those are loopers though.

I think a tiny Mega like this would do well with certain parks. It's not a hyper coaster but it has tons of airtime and twists and helices. It's just a wittle baby though.

Some more progress. I decided to see what I can do with tunnels. I've never done anything like an underground tunnel before lol. I went for it though. Yes it's terribly simplistic, but it works. Obviously I'll have to make some footers now.

They're designed with the same gracefulness of say, Leviathan, Behemoth, <insert favorite B&M here>. But, I just prefer the big, flowing features of the larger style hypers.

Yeah you're right I completely understand your point. But for a small park with an airport next door, perhaps these are the closest to 'awesomegracefulwonderful' as they can get =D
1-Millennium Force | 2-Intimidator 305 | 3-Fury 325
4-Skyrush | 5-Iron Rattler | 6-X2 | 7-Kingda Ka
8-Voyage | 9-Maverick | 10-Monster

It is gorgeous looking.

I guess your B&M is more thrilling than my 17,000+ foot jetcoaster that has 8, 2MPH lifts and takes almost half a hour to ride. How long is the track on yours?

^Hahahahahahahaha we missed you dude...
My ride is about 1:00 from station to brakes.
3155 ft. long.

Thanks for the kind words guys. It should be on the exchange this Sunday.

Switchin' up the pictures. The ride is really like 98% done. Now I've added the 3D footers, changed the pond texture, and rotated footers.

It's just missing some trees, I expect. But now that I've gotten back into the swing of 3Ds and just having fun with them, it's a case in which I might take it to 140%, and I have yet to come up with even more 'finishing' touches =P I really am having sooo much fun with this ride.

I keep goin' with 3Ds. This is just the very root of the station. Stand by for roofing, stairs and queues, improved textures and imaging, and more catwalk features.

I think your railings are all a little bit too large/tall, aren't they? Or am I just looking at it weird?

EDIT
The ones on the sloped brake section are pretty tall, yes. I don't think it inappropriate however, because it's pretty steep and only one side has a catwalk......
......I'll get more pics later and keep considering it but I kind of like the height

LOL the railings were so ugly... I realized eventually you were probably also referring to my station railings being too huge. I was just being lazy by not wanting to place/make new catwalks and connectors for them. But I saved time by making the catwalks and their track connectors one object each which I should have done to begin with... but it happens when you don't plan ahead initially hehe. I shortened the catwalk railing height as well as their sizes on the brake run and final block. And I made changes to the station base and finished the roof.

I call upon somebody for help. Formally, you would technically be a tester. But I need someone within the next couple of hours to ensure that I'm packaging the material correctly and that a transfer goes smoothly. I just get paranoid about all of the necessary files being included in the package before I upload it. If anyone could jump online with me anytime soon, preferably before/around 2:00 a.m. Eastern time.
