I just wanted to say how great the people at NL are. My computer with Nl crashed so i got a new one with out it. My old comp was gone so I couldnt put NL onto my new one. I emailed the guys at NL about my problem. A day later they emailed me back and all i had to do for them was tell the adress and name i ordered with. I did and they gave me the game! THATS GREAT SUPPORT

Yea, something similar to that has happened to me.

When I first read the title of this thread, I thought you meant you were looking for a great NL supporter. Hah!

Yea, its not like it picked some random name and address out of the sky. They need information that you provided to look it up.

So is there a way to keep Nolimits and Scream Machines without asking them to give you the game again if you are just buying a new computer and switching everything over to it?

Um, yea. Copying the installation files to a CD, DVD or another Hard Drive.

I also advise putting down ALL of your registering info on a notepad in your computer and then making multiple copies of it on CD's, Floppys, whatever. That way if you lose one, another exists.

^Yes, hard/paper copies are very useful for that kind of information.

I asked them for a new installer file, and I gave them my Serial # and everything, and they never responded. [:(]
