That was designed like that on purpose. They wouldn't bother installing antirollbacks in that spot if it was intended to fly over that.
Keep in mind the train hasn't broken in yet, and a great majority of the midwest has had a high of like 70 degrees for the past few days. Since the high is only 70, if they filmed this in the morning before opening, it's a train that hasn't been broken in yet, it's coldish out (like in the 50's), and it is an empty train.
TLDR: It'll go faster in the future
