Halloween Hollow - Scenario Coming Soon

The custom park I've been working on, Halloween Hollow, came to a point today that will make for a very fun yet challenging RCT3 custom scenario.

I finished the layout of the park with all the rides in their places and the path laid out. All I have yet to do is finish the scenery.

So then I thought... This would make for a cool scenario: Previous owners got this far, lost too much money, and then you bought it to finish it.

I'm still tweaking some rules and adding challenges; it'll be a full blown custom scenario... and it's gonna be hard. Here are the objectives:

Apprentice:
Min Shop income of $500 for 2 months
Min park value of $50,000
Guests in park - 500

Entrepreneur:
Min shop income of $750 for 3 months
Min park rating 800 for 3 months
Repay loan (which, the loan starts at $100,000 with only $6,700 in cash)
VIP Clint Bushton: Arrives 31 October. Wants to visit 4 roller coasters with a min excitement of 5. Low litter tolerance.

Tycoon:
Min shop income of $1,000 for 4 months
Min park rating of 900 for 4 months
Guests in park: 1,000 for 4 months

It's gonna be tough, I'll be interested to see where people take it, if they dare to accept the challenge!
