Happy Valley Chengdu 2017 - B&M Dive and GCI Wooden

Eh, looks ok, kinda sad in some ways to waste all that wood, so much potential! Oh well, I hope it was the park's decision not GCI's.

Anyway, the dive machine looks great so far.

Sensation of speed looks good in the video. A bit too bad on the lack of airtime it seems to have.

^ Those colors seem perfect, I think, for one B&M layout - ideally painted!

The dive is now testing. If you look closely it has vest restraints.

It has small trains too. I didn't expect to see the 6 seater on something of this size.

My eyes suck so I'll believe you. I'm surprised it has the smaller trains as well, but it's what the park ordered I guess lol

Looks like I was wrong about it having vests. This video shows it more clearly. Like all other dive machines, it is testing without its holding brake.

Pretty much looks standard dive machine stuff. Just 2 drops and a very slow mcbr.

The ride has a very cool loose article storage system

Looks like a cool idea for a storage system, however I wonder how practical the system is.

I personally like to see that B&M Dive Machine doing big slaloms after the MCBR - not bad!
