Help me !!!

there is this program on my computer called speech i think and when you type in a sentence it will read it to you, i was told by a kid that it was under settings in control panel on my desktop but i cant find it. if any of you know what im talking about, could you please help me!

whaddya mean os and im on windows xp.

i dont see the sound speech and audio devices

OS = Operating System

Ok try going here: My Computer > Control Panel > Look on the left hand side and click 'Switch to classic view' and look in there.

If it isn't, you might not have it installed. And if it is and you still can't see it, then you probably arn't the administrator on your computer and someone probably set user limitations making you unable to see it.
