I need to start up a web site (non-coaster)and havn't got a clue where to start I don't have much cash to put into it at the moment so any ideas on how to create and start a web site would be greatfull. It will need to be able to support a forum so I guess will need a fair bit of space.
What programs will I need, I have a lot of sowtware (photoshop / dreamweaver ect)are there any easy to use programs. I would rather ceate the site myself rather than using an agency, so any help would be great. Thank you

Dreamweaver and Photoshop are really easy to use, but you can only learn quickly from yourself, so i'm going to recommend a few tutorial site which can help you use dreamweaver and photoshop.

I have never registered a domain before, but there a lot of free ones floating around, the best one to get is a .tk domain which are popular and you can get them there

It's not very expensive to buy a domain. In Norway a .com domain costs about 6????????? a year. I know norwegian sites where you can register, but I have no idea about how you does it in Uk or US. I guess you just have to search for some sites;)

www.godaddy.com works good, easy to use and as for hosting a forum, I doubt a free providor can do that for you, so feel free to check out the web services page here to get a look at some of the hosting packages we offer.
