can anyone tell me how to upload a nl track?

Hover your mouse over the exchange button on the menu bar and on the drop down menu click "Upload Tracks" fill out the form and selec your track and picture and click upload track [:)]

I know that. I cant do my own track thow. I only can upload tracks that came with the game.

No, you can only upload tracks you made not someone else's tracks.

Also, if you mean you can't find them to upload them, make sure you are saving your tracks in the NL tracks folder or somewhere else where you can find them.

... saving them where?
Just click save as, then set the destination as your desktop. Then, you will not have to search for it.

You do not have Vista 64-bit do you? I had a similar problem a while ago, vista moved all of my tracks to a hidden 'compatibility' folder.
