How is a track put into the Cool Designs page?

How is a track put into the Cool Designs page? I would like to know. I haven't seen any new tracks put onto it.

There was Symbiotic's track put in recently. The way to get there is to have exceptional design and fun factor at the time of submittal and deemed worthy of being there by staff.
