Does anyone have one of these? Are they good phones or are they not worth the money?

personally, the iphone is the best touch phone. but ive heard that the HTC Touch is not very bad.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

I wouldnt get a touch phone on the simple basis...it's a touch phone. It's bad enough trying to avoid getting hundreds of scratches all over the screen like alone turning it into a smudgy piece of shiz

well, with the iphone, they made a glass screen instead of a plastic one to avoid scratches from keys that may be in your pocket or anything else like that. Im not quite sure what they did with the HTC Touch.

I own one, Cingular 8525, not sure which HTC model that is, but it is HTC. I have had for well over a year and I have not a scratch on my screen, and it lives in my pocket. The HTC's are actually not really phones, more Mini computer with a phone, as it runs windows mobile.

As far as the quality, the phone is OK at best. It is a little sluggish at times, were the IPhone is very smooth by comparison

I paid 200 for mine, which at the time they were selling for around 500, i would say it was well worth the 200, I cant say i would feel the same way if I paid 500.

Ill add this as well, if you are gonna get it to primarily send text messages then get an envy or something like that, if you use outlook for business and windows scheduling functions then this may be worth while.

My parents pay for my minute plan since we share minutes. I just pay for Internet and TXT messageing. I have sprint and I saw that they have a power pack thing for $30 that gives you unlimited access to everything. So I dont know. I really would like the iPhone but unliminated everything is well over $120 dollars. I dont have that kind of money a month. (I work at an Ice Cream Parlor). But thanks everyone for the advice, ill look into it and tell everyone what I did.
