Lets say that I have a website written in perl, which produces dynamic content and it actually works, but it looks like poop because I don't know anything about html and css..

Is anyone going to be bored over their Christmas holidays and want to take a stab at making it look better?

The site is not totally void of html/css as it stands, but the actual body of the content needs to be tweaked.
