But then how do you recognize the real Jesus when he comes back? Do you christian have some kind of 'secret word'?

There's a lot of information, and a lovely parable about ten virgins and a marriage feast, right after that Matthew verse I quoted. That explains it. He's not coming back in the same way he came the first time. When he comes back, it will be to gather his saints before the final judgment.
