also a question, can you still rob someone with 0 points? like if someone for 30 points and you wan to stole 50 of them, will he get -20 points or just only 0 points?

If you robbed someone for 50 points and they only had 30, then yes, they would then have -20 points.

some people are not aware of the full effects of the burglar tool, reason being is that if I charge to use it then if you lose you would get charged the fee to use it plus the amount you tried to rob where as it is now, if you fail at robbing someone, you just lose the amount you tried to rob [:D]

And that happens a lot!
