Im sure this is my track but just edited slightly. Here is the track in question posted by Kurtis!

Im sure this is my track, just edited slightly. If you download both versions, the one on this site "by" Kurtis and the one on my site that was by me, and open them up in the editor one after the other, you can see all trees are in the same place. If you concentrate on the turn after the launch on my track, then open his, hardly anything changes, he has just moved it slightly, and changed the track stylle to quad.The support work is also moved slighly on tis turn but looks exactly the same. I am very very sorry if i am wrong, because i love coaster designing and it is one of my fave things ever, and i dont appreciate it when i think a track is TOO much like mine. Kurtis i sincerly apologise if i am wrong.

Again i am sorry if i am wrong. Please can someone tell me if i am wrong or right. If that is part of my track up there would you be able to delete his track, because then it is partly mine aswell! Thanks, i do hope i am wrong, and sorry again if i am!

Also, has anyone noticed two coasters have been uploaded called TSUNAMI after the disaster on Boxing Day. I would just like to inform everyone who is thinking about uploading a track called it in the near future. Dont, please, even if its a rec, i am trying to be polite about it, and asking nicely. You may offend people, and it seems very insensitive. There are probably a couple of people on this site that maybe knew people affected, or knew someone who knew someone affected! I just thought i would post this, as it is already starting to offend me in a way slightly, but maybe it is just because i am in a bad mood because of the above. Sorry if i seem out of order or anything.

Well, it is hard to say since they are not "exact" ... but ... kind of close to really call here.

As far as the Tsunami thing, I think you're way off base. It's a horrific event sure, but get a grip. I don't see how it's in any way disrespectful or inappropriate.

Tyler, ummmm ... throttle back and respect the opinion bud. It was merely a suggestion/opinion, and not a bad one at that, IMO.

Unless of course I can kill your whole family with a storm and name my next ride after that event ... eh?

There is a VERY good chance that he copied it and midified it slightly. proof ot it is that some segments match to same exact lefts as segments on the other and in other segments it's only a .01 to .03 lenght difference in some segments. Also some segments are chopped around which could easily be done anyway now. Anyway I will remove as it is very objectionable. Thus kurtis on his track description says he is willing to have it removed and I do suspect foul play blah blah blah
