They just played the Presidents Cup and the US won.

As for the Indy Racing league, its probably the weakest form of racing there is. Ever since tony George took away Indy from the CART league to form his own, its gone downhill. The races are nothing but see-saw battles with no one person even being able to have the slightest edge.

Sure it makes for "great" racing but its monotonous. Not to mention that Ovals suck in general. Only a few good ovals remain and they arent large.

F1 is where the real racing is at. The IRL can die - bunch of pansies with an even more pansy director.

[lol] I was reffering to some celebrity golfing event...it was simply the worst game ever but Europe won

Anyway, anyone like TConwell want to come in a remind us how the USA always kicks everyones ass in the Olympics yet?

I will! We kick most everyons butt in the Olympics. Even in the past few weve won some suprise events we dont normally win. It wont last though :P

But when you are as large as us, you have a denser population or more diverse people so its no wonder we do win alot of medals.

I think the rest of the world really puts the USA in a league of its own on the Olympics. It seems to be etched in everyones minds that the USA will win, so it's nice to see how other countries do...i think the only events we are (UK) good at is the Rowing and Badminton...besides that, it's a joke.

Dude, the Asian countries are killer at Badmiton too.

I agree with you though. I do like to see the US win but Im all for the underdog that comes from under the radar to steal a medal.

The real question is how is England doing at Wimbledon? I do believe the American men and women have dominated over the last 15 years or so. Keep holding out hope for Henman, I'm sure he'll stop choking one of these days.[:D][:D][:D][:D]
